Our Menus

Dining at Lunar by Niall Keating

Niall became Britain's youngest 2 Michelin star chef for his tasting menu and also awarded European Michelin Chef of the Year alongside being one of the first Chefs to be awarded Michelin's Green start for sustainability, needless to say we aim to offer our guests the best quality, local, sustainable produce in a unique menu in the heart of the country, Staffordshire.

All our menus are naturally evolutionary. The dishes presented in front of you are made from locally sourced produce, based on the season. This is the reason we don't publish an official menu, due to freshness of produce changing weekly.

Our Lunar Experience menu is a carefully crafted multi course menu that takes guests on a journey of exquisite taste & discovery, a journey that is the culmination of Niall Keating and Head Chef Craig Lunn's personal journeys to date. Inspired by their love of food, travel, life, sustainability, local produce and working with some of the finest restaurants in the world.
